The hotel's location in the heart of the bustling city center was absolutely perfect. With shops, cafes, and fast food outlets nearby, everything was conveniently within reach. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always going out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Our room was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. The complimentary WiFi was reliable and the air conditioning kept the room at a pleasant temperature. The breakfast spread was delicious, with generous portions and the hosts were incredibly accommodating.

Liked our romantic escape the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the Nile river and a few of the city's main attractions. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our room that made our romantic escape even more special.
the size of the room we booked was smaller than expected, and the shower had no curtain, making it difficult to use without flooding the bathroom.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I am pleased to say that it exceeded my expectations. the location was fantastic - it was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, close to the Nile and the Egyptian Museum, making it easy to explore the local attractions. Additionally, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to provide information and assistance. It was a relief to find that some of the staff even spoke Spanish, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel itself was clean and well-decorated, and the rooms had high ceilings and were spacious. The attention to detail in the interior design was evident and added to the overall charm of the place. Furthermore, the breakfast each morning was delicious, providing a great start to the day.
My experience at this hotel was fantastic and I have very few complaints. However, if I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be to consider implementing stricter regulations on smoking within the hallways.

This hotel was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of a bustling shopping area with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready with great recommendations for nearby attractions. A special mention to Sarah, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The rooms were well-maintained, with a comfortable and spacious bed, and the cleanliness of the bathrooms and toilets was impressive. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of fresh flowers in our room every day.
Some minor improvements could be made when it comes to breakfast options and timing. Despite our prior request for vegan alternatives, the breakfast selection was lacking in this regard.

During my new year stay in this hotel, I really enjoyed the modern facilities they offered. The rooms were equipped with Wifi, which was a great way to stay connected with family and friends. the staff members were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was pleasant. The location of the hotel was also a key feature, with many restaurants and amenities within walking distance.
I did find it a little hard to find the hotel as it was located in an alley. although the staff was friendly, the lack of professionalism was noticeable at times.
